Workers Compensation Claim

Have you been “injured by accident” on the job?  Or developed an “occupational disease?”

Lynn Bradley understands the world of workers’ compensation claims is nothing but a maze of obscure rules, requirements and deadlines; almost designed to make it impossible to know if you’re received fair compensation.  She takes away the stress and anxiety for her clients.
What is workers’ compensation?
Workers’ compensation is an insurance program required by the state. It is meant to compensate employees who are injured at work or become ill because of their job. Workers comp benefits generally are paid to an injured employee, regardless of who was at fault. However, the injured worker forfeits his or her right to sue the employer for damages.

Lynn A. Bradley – Workers’ Compensation Attorney

A 1993 graduate of the University of Richmond School of Law, Lynn Bradley, has dedicated herself to fighting for the rights of Virginians. Early in her career, she enjoyed a varied general practice with a heavy emphasis on litigation. She was exposed to many areas of the law and logged many hours in the courtroom. As time progressed, Ms. Bradley was able to identify her strengths and follow her interests.

Ms. Bradley now concentrates her practice in workers’ compensation and bankruptcy law. Her zeal for helping people injured in the work place comes from her blue-collar roots. Working her way through college waiting on tables gave her a deep appreciation for hard working people. Ms. Bradley is not afraid of hard work.
